Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Introduction

Pro Pixel Labs ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.

Information We Collect

Information You Give Us

When you submit the contact form, the AI Readiness Audit request form, or the newsletter signup, we collect what you enter: for example your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, budget range, and the message or details you choose to share. Please do not include confidential client information, privileged material, or sensitive personal data in these forms.

Usage Data

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how the site is used (for example, pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type, and approximate country). Plausible does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request details, for security and operations.

Browser Storage and Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so it can remember your choice. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your inquiry and scope a project or audit
  • Send you the newsletter you signed up for, and a welcome email
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Measure which pages and content are useful
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who Processes Your Information

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

  • Netlify: website hosting and the serverless functions that receive form submissions
  • Resend: sends the email notifications for form submissions and our newsletter and welcome emails, and stores newsletter subscribers
  • Plausible Analytics: cookieless site analytics
  • Google Fonts: serves the site's typefaces

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of our business.

Email Communications and Unsubscribing

If you subscribe to our newsletter we will email you occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also contact us to be removed. Form inquiries are emailed to us and used to reply to you.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep form inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. Newsletter contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain only a record that you opted out so we do not email you again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by these laws. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
